The Eminent Network LLC is a professional community and opportunity network for independently licensed clinicians and practice groups. We connect qualified clinicians with overnight telehealth platform opportunities. We are not an employer, staffing agency, placement service, or healthcare provider. We do not employ, supervise, or contract clinicians. We do not guarantee placement, income, patient volume, or a minimum number of opportunities to any member.
The Eminent Network is not a healthcare provider. Nothing on this site constitutes clinical advice, medical direction, treatment recommendations, or a clinical relationship of any kind. Joining the network does not create any employment, contractor, or supervisory relationship between you and The Eminent Network LLC or any affiliated entity.
By using this site or submitting any form on this site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms do not use this site.
This site is intended for licensed clinical professionals, practice owners, administrators, and individuals actively pursuing clinical licensure. By submitting the general interest form you represent that the information you provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting the general interest form adds you to The Eminent Network interest list. It does not create any employment, practice, contractor, or legal relationship of any kind. You are not guaranteed to receive an opportunity, a response within any specific timeframe, or any benefit beyond receiving relevant opportunity notifications when and if they become available.
Members of The Eminent Network interest list receive direct outreach when opportunities matching their credential, licensed states, and availability become available. Membership is free. Membership does not confer any rights, benefits, compensation, or privileges beyond receiving relevant opportunity notifications. The Eminent Network reserves the right to remove any member from the interest list at any time for any reason.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information including misrepresenting your licensure status, credential, or experience is grounds for immediate removal from the network.
All content on theeminentnetwork.com including text, design, logos, graphics, and structural elements is owned by The Eminent Network LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any site content without prior written permission from The Eminent Network LLC.
By joining The Eminent Network you agree not to solicit other network members to join a competing provider network or platform for a period of 24 months following your removal or voluntary departure from the network. Violation of this provision constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in legal action.
Any information shared with you during the screening or onboarding process including platform details, fee structures, operational protocols, and provider network information is confidential. You agree not to disclose this information to any third party without the prior written consent of The Eminent Network LLC or its affiliated platform partners.
This site contains links to third party platforms including application forms hosted on Google Forms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party platform. Your use of third party platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Eminent Network LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, your participation in the network, or any opportunity you pursue through the network. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of this site shall not exceed one hundred dollars. Your use of this site is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Eminent Network LLC, its members, officers, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, or expense including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of this site, your violation of these terms, or your misrepresentation of your credentials or qualifications.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding in connection with any such dispute.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms periodically. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active network members.
