The Eminent Network LLC is a professional community and opportunity network for independently licensed clinicians and practice groups. We connect qualified clinicians with overnight telehealth platform opportunities. We are not a healthcare provider, employer, staffing agency, or placement service. Our principal place of business is Wyoming.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly through our general interest form and email capture including your full name, email address, phone number if provided, primary clinical credential, licensed states, years of post-licensure experience, current practice situation, professional entity status, evening and overnight availability, anticipated readiness timeline, clinical focus areas, practice group size if applicable, how you heard about us, and any information you voluntarily provide in open text fields.

We also collect standard web analytics data automatically when you visit our site. This includes pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and general geographic location. This data is collected through cookies and third party analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Match you with overnight telehealth platform opportunities relevant to your credential, licensed states, and availability.
  • Contact you via email or SMS when a relevant opportunity becomes available if you provided consent.
  • Send the monthly intelligence brief if you opted in.
  • Improve our matching, outreach, and network operations.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We never use your information for purposes beyond what you consented to at the time of submission.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

We may share your application information with affiliated platform partners for the purpose of evaluating your interest in overnight telehealth practice opportunities only if you provided explicit consent to this sharing in your application submission. Without that consent your information stays within The Eminent Network LLC only.

We use third party service providers for form processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, and web analytics. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us. Current categories of providers include form and survey platforms, email marketing platforms, SMS communication platforms, and web analytics platforms. 5. SMS Communications

If you provided your phone number and consented to SMS contact you may receive text messages from The Eminent Network about relevant opportunities and network updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by emailing network@theeminentnetwork.com. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you remain an active member of our interest list or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing network@theeminentnetwork.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Deletion of your information removes you from our interest list and all network communications.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you. You have the right to correct inaccurate information. You have the right to request deletion of your information. You have the right to opt out of all communications at any time.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to know whether personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, and the right to equal service and price. We do not sell personal information.

Residents of Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah have similar rights under their respective state privacy laws including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. To exercise any of these rights email network@theeminentnetwork.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies for web analytics and site functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain site functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

This site is intended for licensed clinical professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy periodically. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active network members.
